Hello, I’m Samir, a Finance Analytics & Backend Engineer focused on building data systems that explain business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

I currently work at BTS Group on the Olympos Automation Platform, where I build data-rich systems, analytics workflows, dashboards, and backend services that transform complex operational activity into measurable insights. My work sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, product, and business decision-making.

My Control and Automation Engineering background gives me a strong mathematical foundation in modeling, optimization, forecasting logic, and systems analysis. I use this foundation together with Python, Go, SQL-based data systems, time-series databases, and dashboard development to build analytics solutions that are technically strong and business-focused.

I work with data across the full decision-support lifecycle: data ingestion, modeling, transformation, reconciliation, KPI design, dashboarding, forecasting, and executive reporting. My analytics focus includes revenue, COGS, OpEx, refunds, payouts, gross margin, contribution margin, cash flow, unit economics, and profitability analysis.

I help teams answer the questions that matter: where the business makes money, where margin is leaking, which customers, products, providers, or channels are profitable, and what actions can improve financial performance.
